A story that was 10 years in the making. We worked with multiple owners of 16 apartments, finally bringing about the sale of a raw 1188 sqm site on Manly Beach front located on North Steyne through to Whistler Street in Manly.
The Outcome
We facilitated and executed a successful expression of interest (EOI) campaign and also achieved a new Manly Beach front record for the sale price.
On behalf of the purchaser and developer Made Property Group, our team was then appointed as co-agent to manage the pre-sales of 14 off-the-plan luxury apartments, Shoreline.
